Open Faced Sandwiches
- Fresh roll with butter, cheese, and cucumber or
  pepper
- Submarine sandwich with roast beef, roasted
  onion, crispy fried bacon, and pickles.
- Luxury version of a long, open faced sandwich
  with salmon, prawns, egg, roast beef, potato
  salad, ham, and brie.
Late supper
- Cheese platter with sides
- Janssons Frestelse (sliced herring, potatoes and
  onions baked in cream), butter and bread
- Our own fried hash with raw egg yolk and
  capers, served with pickled gherkin, HP-sauce,
   ketchup, crisp flat bread, and butter
- After supper Buffé: Fruit, soft drinks, and
  assorted chocolates, sweets, and candies
